Register AlienVoIP account

AlienVoIP is a VoIP platform, you can enjoy the benefit of VoIP by register an account, make a prepaid amount and then login to get a SIP number and password, you can create a few SIP number with one account.

Below are the user guide of creating an account of AlienVoIP, or you can proceed to REGISTER NOW.

Step 1 : Go to the, AlienVoIP Website. Click “Register” to register a new user. Otherwise, you can straight away enter your registered “username” and “password” if you’ve registered.

If you forgot your password, you have to click “Forgot Password” and enter your username then click “Submit” to retrieve your password. After that, the system will sent the password to your e-mail.

Step 2 : Fill in information and click

If you are postpaid customer, please click

Then, it will access to the page below. Please contact our sales representative or fill in the Enquiry Form about postpaid registration and click “Submit” after finish filling the Enquiry Form.

Step 3 : After filling prepaid customer registration form, an email as below will send to you for activation purpose. Please click the link or copy the url and paste into your browser to activate your account.

Step 4 : You will access to your account activation information as below to notify that your activation status. Then, click “Member Console” to complete your payment and activation.

Step 5 : Enter your prepaid card pin no, then click

to proceed to next step.

Step 6 : Select your phone line and then click “Generate Password” to generate a new password for you. Followed by selecting the package that you want then click “Submit” once you have filled in all the information.
